18 years of of experience in sports medicine and orthopedics.
She has trained clients of all ages and athletic levels;
BOSU Certified and a Titliest Performance Institute
Golf Fitness Instructor- Level 1.
Jodi is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of St Louis University
with a BA of Science in Physical Therapy.

Hi everyone, I’m Effie and I am a huge fan of fitness
and staying in shape. I have always been very active.
Growing up I was in every activity possible; karate, gymnatics,
ballet, tap, jaz, acrobatics, track, cross country, color
guard and for that I will always be so thankful.
My favorite activity growing up was dancing. Any type
of dancing! Just being able to set my body free to music
and completely let go. When I danced it was like I got
taken to another place and my imagination would go wild.
Like every person out there I have had my struggles and
experienced life changing situations that have challenged
my happiness. So it is best to just ride the wave of life
and take is as it comes. Dance is my happiness for life
medicine. |
